About Guidflect

At Guidflect, we help cities, counties, and state agencies make roads safer and signage last longer. Our specialty coating technology enhances retroreflectivity and provides powerful anti-graffiti protection, extending the life of traffic and street signs while reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

We work directly with municipalities, Departments of Transportation (DOTs), and public works agencies nationwide. As demand grows, we're seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence across Central South Texas, including the San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding regions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with municipal, county, and state government clients.
  • Prospect, network, and respond to bid opportunities through government procurement portals.
  • Present and demonstrate Guidflect's coating solutions to engineers and public works professionals.
  • Support customers through specification, procurement, and implementation.
  • Represent Guidflect at trade shows and regional public works events.
  • Manage your pipeline and reporting to achieve performance goals.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of outside or B2B sales experience, ideally in traffic control, coatings, construction, or industrial products.
  • Understanding of municipal or DOT purchasing processes preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
