Position Summary:

Vinlong Industrial Corporation, a leading supplier of stainless and specialty steel pipes, is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. This position involves field visits, business development, and close coordination with our internal sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Visit existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, pricing, and product information.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather market information, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Represent Vinlong Industrial Corporation in a professional manner during client visits and industry events.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or steel products.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned region.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Competitive base salary plus commission.
