What Baird Foundation Repair Will Provide You

  • Lucrative Earning Potential: 100% commission opportunity, with the ability to earn $80,000-$120,000 in your first year.

What You'll Do as an Outside Sales Representative:

  • Drive to pre-scheduled appointments through company-provided leads (NO COLD CALLING)
  • Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners' needs.
  • Aim to meet and surpass sales goals, while providing a remarkable customer experience.
  • Thrive in a competitive, yet team-oriented environment where high expectations are set, and everyone works together to achieve their goals.

What We're Looking for in an Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of two years' sales experience, OR a combination of education paired with experience.
  • A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • A passion for providing top-notch customer service to our customers.
  • The ability to do physically demanding activities (like crawling, kneeling, etc. while inspecting customers' homes).
  • A valid drivers' license with a good driving record.
