We are seeking Senior ServiceNow professionals with excellent technical and business skills. Candidates must have real-time hands-on experience managing medium/large projects end-to-end.
Overview
Opportunity to work on ServiceNow implementation projects across Customer and Industry Workflows like CSM, FSM, RSM, etc.
Drive implementations successfully as a Senior Technical Consultant by leading a team of technical consultants
- Stay current by acquiring additional ServiceNow Specialist certifications and Micro-certifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
Actively participate in project workshops and ensure user stories are crafted and groomed as per customer requirements.
Build optimal technical solutions to meet business requirements through UI / Workflow configuration, reporting development, system integrations, and scripting.
Responsible for key milestones tied to unit and integrated testing, go-live readiness, and Hypercare.
Actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet business needs.
Participate in customer show-me sessions and demonstrate good customer management skills.
Drive operational excellence by demonstrating a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Lead a team of 3-5 members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
Act as a trusted advisor by guiding the project team and customers on ServiceNow best practices.
Drive value for customers by ensuring the CSATs for the assigned projects are in line with the targets.
Track assigned projects' updates, details, status, allocations, etc., on ServiceNow and ensure 100% compliance.
Actively participate in the weekly Delivery assurance call and discuss the project' updates & challenges (if any) with the leadership team.
Maintain billability as per the assigned targets.
Complete the assigned ServiceNow & non-technical certifications to enhance skills and build credibility.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, a closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on proven ServiceNow implementation experience is mandatory.
- Required experience with one or more ServiceNow Customer & Industry workflow capabilities such as: CSM, FSM, FSO, HCLS, PSDS, RSM, and/or RO.
Preferred experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain workflows such as: S2P, SLO, and/or APO.
Good customer-facing and leadership skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity, white spaces and have a start-up mindset.
Must be flexible and ready to pivot based on the changing demands of a project.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Practical hands-on industry experience with CSM is highly preferred.
