Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and contribute to the efficient operation of the office.

Duties:

  • Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Assist in customer support activities including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Organize documents and upload information into internal database
  • Update account information
  • Track and manage contracts and other important legal documents/correspondence
  • Generate reports
  • Data entry
  • Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and directing inquiries
  • Computerize information for easy access and retrieval
  • Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and work well in a team environment
  • Pay close attention detail and have the ability to prioritize
