Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and contribute to the efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist in customer support activities including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Organize documents and upload information into internal database
- Update account information
- Track and manage contracts and other important legal documents/correspondence
- Generate reports
- Data entry
- Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and directing inquiries
- Computerize information for easy access and retrieval
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and work well in a team environment
- Pay close attention detail and have the ability to prioritize
