We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This position requires a motivated and organized professional who can lead projects from initial planning through completion while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Construction Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on assigned construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and supervision of subcontractors. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid knowledge of construction methods, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Oversee site safety, quality control, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and material purchases.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Supervise field staff and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (experience may substitute).
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
