Our company provides a full range of services, including new builds, renovations, roofing, concrete, and interior/exterior remodeling. We are known for quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and strong client relationships.

We are expanding our operations and currently looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee field activities, ensure work quality, and manage on-site crews. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys hands-on leadership and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Job Summary

The Construction Superintendent will manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate must have solid experience supervising construction projects and strong communication skills for coordinating between project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct all on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate daily field operations, labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain safety standards and enforce company safety policies at all times.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and work quality.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure work meets specifications and deadlines.
  • Communicate progress and issues to the Project Manager regularly.
  • Resolve on-site problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and in compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.
  • Proven experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • OSHA certification preferred but not required.
