About Us:

Silver Fox Marketing provides a one-of-a-kind visual merchandising service for auto dealers. Our custom high-

impact vinyl graphics and display solutions help dealerships market their vehicles more effectively right on the lot.

We're growing and looking for an Account Manager / Sales / Installer to join our team. This hybrid role includes

visiting auto dealerships to install vehicle graphics and displays, servicing existing accounts, processing orders,

and helping grow the territory through sales outreach.

No experience necessary—we'll train the right candidate. We're seeking someone responsible, self-motivated,

detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently, often outdoors.

What You'll Do:

 Travel to dealership accounts to install graphics and set up displays

 Provide ongoing service and support to existing customers

 Use our web-based tools to process and manage graphic orders

 Identify sales opportunities and grow your territory

 Participate in national display rollouts and marketing initiatives

 Work independently in the field while staying connected to our internal design and production team

What We Offer:

 Starting salary of $40,000/year

 Mileage reimbursement

 Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities

 401(k) with company match

 Paid holidays and vacation after 90 days (full-time only)

 M–F schedule, typically 35–45 hours/week

 Hands-on training and onboarding with experienced team members

What We're Looking For:

 Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

 Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

 Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks (e.g., ladders, tools)

 Strong communication and customer service skills

 Friendly, ethical, and eager to learn

 Detail-oriented and well-organized

 Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points For:

 Previous experience in vinyl graphics, sign shops, or printing

 College education or related field experience (not required)
