Job Title: Affiliate Associate – Social Media Sales Specialist

Employment Type: Contractor

Compensation: Commission- 20% of all Sales. (with potential performance bonuses)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Affiliate Marketer to promote Cups Brazil, a newly acquired brand in our portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about social media, influencer culture, and driving revenue through compelling digital campaigns. You'll have the freedom to work remotely, set your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions promoting high-quality lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Cups Brazil products through platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Pinterest
  • Create and share engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories to attract and convert audiences
  • Use affiliate links and tracking tools to monitor performance and optimize strategy
  • Engage with niche online communities and targeted demographic groups
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights to the marketing team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer promotion, or digital sales
  • Active presence on one or more major social media platforms
  • Strong content creation skills (visual + written)
  • Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and marketing analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencer marketing, lifestyle/e-commerce brands
  • Basic graphic design or video editing abilities
  • Access to a social media audience or niche community
