Now we're expanding our reach through TikTok Shop and affiliate programs — and we're looking for a results-driven specialist who can turn entrepreneurial passion into viral sales.

The Role

We're seeking a TikTok & Affiliate Sales Specialist to lead our strategy, execution, and performance across both TikTok Shop and affiliate networks. This person will own the entire revenue funnel — from finding and recruiting high-performing affiliates and creators to driving product conversions and viral campaigns through TikTok.

You'll be the architect behind scaling our brand through creator partnerships, TikTok algorithm mastery, and affiliate growth — while staying true to our mission of being the most trusted voice for entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Growth

• Develop and manage our TikTok Shop strategy to maximize product visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Optimize video content, hooks, and offers to align with TikTok algorithms and trends.
• Collaborate with our creative team to script, edit, and post high-performing TikTok videos.
• Monitor analytics daily to adjust creative angles and spending for maximum ROI.

Affiliate Program Management

• Build and scale a high-performing affiliate ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and niche creator networks.
• Identify, recruit, and activate affiliate partners aligned with entrepreneurship, motivation, and small business audiences.
• Manage affiliate onboarding, communication, tracking, and performance reporting (via platforms like FirstPromoter, Impact, or TikTok Affiliate Center).
• Create compelling affiliate offers, incentives, and campaigns that drive viral reach and conversions.

Performance Optimization

• Track KPIs across both channels: conversion rates, average order value, ROI, and CAC.
• Develop dashboards and reports to present performance to leadership weekly.
• Stay current with TikTok trends, policy updates, and affiliate marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in TikTok Shop sales, affiliate management, or influencer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok algorithms, trends, and creator ecosystems.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (FirstPromoter, Impact, ShareASale, TikTok Creator Marketplace, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of digital KPIs and conversion funnels.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and inspire creators and partners.
• Creative instincts — you know what makes people stop scrolling.

Bonus Points

• Experience selling digital products, courses, or memberships.
• Background in entrepreneurship or startup marketing.
• Video editing and/or scripting experience for TikTok.

Competitive base + performance bonuses tied to sales growth and affiliate performance.

Pay: $1, $3,500.00 per month
