Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote-National Staffing Recruiter to join our human resources team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various levels and industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent acquisition, relationship management, and recruitment strategies, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment channels and applicant tracking systems. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth through strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across multiple departments, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management, ATS platforms (such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft), and other HRIS systems (like HRIS, SAP, Kronos, UltiPro).
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Manage candidate pipelines through lead generation techniques such as cold calling, research, and relationship management.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and employment & labor law compliance to ensure legal adherence and favorable terms for both candidates and the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through effective communication skills and regular updates.
  • Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and employee relations activities to support onboarding and retention efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in HR sourcing, talent management, succession planning, and training & development to continuously improve recruitment practices.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, Taleo, iCIMS; HRIS tools such as Workday or PeopleSoft; and payroll systems including ADP or Paychex for seamless recruitment operations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles or executive search preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Taleo), HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft), and social media management tools for talent sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of employment & labor law, contracts management, employee orientation processes, and employee evaluation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels of seniority.
  • Experience in leveraging sales techniques such as cold calling for lead generation and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with HR software solutions like Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro; training & development programs; succession planning; and internal recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to research market trends to identify talent pools proactively while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
