About the Role

We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a team that makes a real impact. This individual will be responsible for managing staff schedules, coordinating client appointments, and maintaining clear communication across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage staff and client schedules across multiple regions
  • Ensure all client sessions are staffed and confirmed daily
  • Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of staff availability and client hours
  • Collaborate with supervisors to address scheduling gaps or conflicts
  • Support administrative tasks related to scheduling and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of scheduling or administrative coordination experience (preferably in healthcare or behavioral services)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and compassionate approach when working with staff and families
