We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Physician Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier medical professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization. This position requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for physician roles, utilizing various platforms including social media and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified physicians.
- Engage in cold calling and outreach efforts to connect with prospective candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact through interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Lever, or Taleo for tracking candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws during the recruitment process.
- Participate in campus recruitment events/conventions and other lead generation activities to attract new talent.
- Evaluate candidate performance and provide feedback to enhance future recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare sector. Two+ years physician recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, including social media management and employee relations.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with contracts related to employment agreements is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of training & development practices as well as succession planning strategies is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $70,000.00 per year
