Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with a focus on building relationships and attracting top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent management.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Support internal recruiting efforts and succession planning initiatives to develop talent within the organization.
- Stay updated on employment & labor law changes to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting or executive recruiting roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.
- Experience in employee evaluation, employee relations, training & development, and contracts management is a plus.
- Proficiency in relationship management and lead generation techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to leverage various platforms for sourcing candidates including Salesforce and social media channels.
