Our in-house team of Recruiters, Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, and Developers delivers end-to-end value to Fortune 2000 clients, government agencies, and mid-market enterprises nationwide. As an ESOP, every team member shares in annual stock value—aligning success with ownership.
This Account Executive role is a new position created to expand our national footprint in IT Staffing and Services. You'll own the full sales cycle, leverage our 40-year brand and delivery engine, and drive new logo revenue with uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hunt & Close New Logos: Prospect, pitch, and secure new clients nationwide (Fortune 2000, government, utilities, tech, finance) via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, virtual/in-person presentations, and networking events.
- Leverage Existing Network: Activate pre-established contacts and onboard transferable clients to generate revenue within the first 90 days; scale into net-new accounts.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Conduct market research, identify C-level decision-makers (CIOs, HR, Procurement, MSPs), deliver tailored proposals, negotiate MSAs, and close multi-year, multi-million-dollar staffing and services deals.
- Cross-Sell MAPSYS Portfolio: Bundle IT staffing with project based initiatives with infrastructure, cloud, AI, managed services, and IBM Power/Storage solutions to maximize deal size.
- Partner with Delivery: Collaborate with internal recruiters to present Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs), fill job orders, and ensure flawless execution.
- Farm & Expand Key Accounts: Conduct quarterly business reviews, forecast hiring/infrastructure needs, penetrate new divisions, and grow wallet share.
- Pipeline & CRM Mastery: Build and maintain a high-velocity pipeline in CRM; track KPIs (BD connects, meetings, JOs, revenue closed); forecast accurately.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of IT staffing and/or IT services sales experienced with a proven track record of new logo acquisition and exceeding quota.
- Existing book of transferable clients/contacts strongly preferred (Fortune 2000, government, Tier-1 vendors); ability to generate revenue in first 90 days.
- Prospecting DNA: Relentless prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and live presentations (virtual/in-person).
- Deep consultative selling experience with MSP/VMS, RPO, direct hire, and bundled IT solutions (staffing + infrastructure/services).
- Proven ability to engage C-suite and enterprise stakeholders; influence resources.
- Proficiency with CRM, Bullhorn, etc., MS Office (Excel), and social selling tools.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen, problem-solving, and technical aptitude

Pay: $71, $85,554.16 per year
