Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Contractor to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and managing client relationships within the catering sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on B2B sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately closing deals that contribute to the growth of our catering services.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, marketing & networking.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Deliver product demonstrations to potential clients showcasing our catering offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the catering industry.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of success in B2B environments.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong account management capabilities with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and apply insights to drive business development efforts.
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and territory management strategies.
- Ability to perform product demos that highlight key features and benefits of catering services.
