Job Description

As a Runner, you will support our Brand Ambassadors in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for potential guests. Your responsibilities include guiding families to the appropriate locations—such as shuttles or the sales center front desk—and ensuring all workstations are fully stocked with necessary materials like discounts, brochures, and magazines. This role is vital in helping our team successfully schedule and prepare families for their scheduled appointment.

How You'll Shine:

  • A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors
  • Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

What You'll Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
  • Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
  • Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
  • Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Full time availability required to work weekends and Holidays, daytime and nighttime.
