Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Runner to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately to guests, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Duties

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods.
• Ensure that all food orders are accurate and meet quality standards before delivery.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during service.
• Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations and safety standards.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Background in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of culinary practices or banquet experience is an advantage.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
