As an Event Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our clients, engaging directly with customers at events to generate interest, secure enrollments, and drive donations. Event Assistant/Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact between customers and our partners, ensuring clear, effective, face-to-face communication
  • Execute donor sign-ups, drive sales, and close transactions while providing outstanding customer service
  • Represent charity and brand partners with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Handle community inquiries with a friendly and inviting approach to facilitate a smooth sales process
  • Provide feedback from direct customer interactions to account managers, helping refine sales and outreach strategies
  • Continuously absorb Event Assistant/Customer Service Representative training materials, industry knowledge, and current trends to enhance your sales techniques and overall effectiveness

Event Assistant/Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, sales, fundraising, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Passion for relationship-building and community engagement
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Positive and energetic attitude that contributes to a dynamic team environment
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve sales techniques
