New Business Development / Sales Representative – Brookfield, WI

Job Summary:

Join our growing staffing and recruiting team in Brookfield, WI as a
New Business Development / Sales Representative

This role focuses on expanding our client base in the
industrial, manufacturing, and light industrial staffing markets
, helping companies meet their workforce goals through customized hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new B2B client relationships through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and in-person sales meetings
  • Conduct discovery sessions with manufacturing and industrial clients to identify workforce challenges and hiring needs
  • Present tailored temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions to decision-makers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, hiring leaders, and operations executives
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
  • Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline metrics in CRM while meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales or account executive experience (staffing industry experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and closing new clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing, logistics, or skilled trades industries is a plus
