  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership team to support initiatives that strengthen SysLogic's visibility through thought leadership, industry events, and professional networks.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to the development of sales and marketing materials to ensure messaging and collateral reflect client needs, market trends, and SysLogic's value proposition.
  • Represent SysLogic at conferences, client meetings, networking events, and community engagements to build recognition and foster meaningful connections within the technology ecosystem.

Client and Opportunity Development

  • Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities through multiple channels – including networking and industry events, LinkedIn outreach, new introductions, and cultivating SysLogic's growing network of connections and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Engage prospective clients in consultative discussions to understand business challenges, align SysLogic's services, and position the firm as a valued advisor.
  • Maintain a robust and active business development pipeline, nurturing opportunities from initial engagement to the qualified opportunity phase.

Revenue Growth

  • Contribute to measurable revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and expanding SysLogic's presence within target markets.
  • Convert qualified leads that result in long-term client engagements through proactive relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate records of market development activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Track progress against established goals, maintaining accountability for individual pipeline development performance and advancement.
Requirements
  • Over five years of experience in IT consulting, technology services, or professional services, ideally in software development, data integration, or cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within a professional services environment.
  • Proven success building and maintaining strong relationships, with a focus on trust, communication, and long-term partnership.
  • Familiarity with consultative discussions and an understanding of how to align technical capabilities with client needs and business outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp complex technology concepts and articulate them in a business context.
  • Experience engaging prospective clients through various outreach methods, including networking events, LinkedIn, and professional connections or referrals.
  • Proven experience actively participating in networking events with a focus on meeting and connecting with new individuals.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to participate and communicate effectively in planned and ad hoc in-person and virtual meetings of varied sizes, demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to anticipate needs and foster strong, lasting relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills, with a polished and professional presence.
