Job Description:
The HR Specialist will lead recruitment and manage internal HR operations to ensure a productive, engaged, and supported team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the team.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and support managers in HR matters.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR systems and assist with payroll coordination.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in tech, creative, or agency environments.
- Knowledge of U.S. and international HR practices.
- Experience scaling HR operations in growing organizations.
