Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm 

About Us:
We are a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) providing compassionate, high-quality care across New York. We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our HR Director with all office-staff functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and leave administration.


What You'll Do
Support the HR Director in daily HR operations.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and leave management.
Post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage our ATS/onboarding system.
Maintain compliant employee files and assist with audits.
Track HR metrics and prepare Excel reports.
Help manage FMLA, PFL, and other leave programs.
Support employee relations and policy updates.

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of HR experience (home care or healthcare strongly preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills - must meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with ATS/onboarding platforms (e.g., iSolved, Paycom, ADP, etc.).
Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of or interest in using AI tools to improve HR efficiency is a plus.
Dependable, professional, and team-focused with excellent communication skills.
