Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible) – Local Painting Company
Join a growing painting company and help keep our business running smoothly while making an impact every single day.
We're looking for a self-motivated, organized, and people-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations. This is a part-time, flexible role (10–15 hours/week) that's perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves being organized, and wants to be a key part of a local business's growth.
What You'll Do
- Answer and return new leads quickly, set up estimates, and manage follow-ups.
- Keep our CRM and production planner up-to-date (clients, jobs, closing rates, etc.).
- Confirm upcoming jobs with clients and communicate with crews as needed.
- Reach out to past clients via calls and texts to generate repeat business.
- Post on social media and update our Google Business Profile (reviews, posts, responses).
- Request Google reviews from clients after jobs are completed.
- Track numbers for the business (leads, closes, sales, job costs) and prepare simple weekly updates.
- Help with marketing tasks like ordering flyers, organizing yard signs, or local errands (if available and local).
What We're Looking For
- Great communicator – friendly, professional phone presence and clear written communication.
- Organized & detail-oriented – you'll keep projects, data, and follow-ups from slipping through the cracks.
- Tech savvy – comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and online platforms.
- Self-starter – can figure things out without constant hand-holding.
- Problem solver – you see ways to make systems better and take initiative.
- People-person – outgoing, approachable, and comfortable building rapport.
- Flexible availability – able to respond quickly when leads come in.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Local candidates preferred (occasional errands like signs, flyers, or supply runs).
