Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to lead change initiatives across enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for enterprise initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted engagement strategies to drive alignment and buy-in.
- Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and HR teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
- Identify change risks and resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor change adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to support continuous improvement.
- Document change frameworks, communication materials, and stakeholder feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
