Our team of industry experts has decades of experience delivering go-to-market strategy, business development, implementation, and clinical support to ensure our partners' products succeed in the U.S. healthcare system.

Currently we are working in the Senior living (Independent, Assisted, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing) facilities and serve as a strategic partner to HealthTech companies launch digital therapeutics and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions. Our expertise spans across business development, training, and ongoing clinical support in the DC and Maryland region.

Position Summary

This Clinical Specialist role is central to driving technology adoption and clinical outcomes across our senior living partners. The role requires a dynamic Registered Nurse to:

  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison between Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with the HealthTech company and the facility's care team (nurses and providers).
  • Collaborate directly with NPs on patient charts, ensuring clinical protocols are adhered to and that actionable RPM insights are clearly documented with supporting clinical rationale.
  • Provide expert clinical consultation on RPM patient monitoring strategies, leveraging early warning alerts and chronic disease management tools to proactively enhance patient outcomes.
  • Lead hands-on training for nursing staff at Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) on the RPM dashboard and integrated PointClickCare (PCC) workflows.
  • Participate and lead discussions in monthly Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings with facility unit nurses and clinical leadership.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and evidence-based changes aimed at reducing Return-to-Acute (RTA) transfers and sustaining superior patient outcomes.

Core Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Schedule & Location

This is a part-time position ranging 10 to 30 hours per week. This is expected to grow as we activate more Senior Care Facilities.

Preferred location is Annapolis, Baltimore, Frederick, Rockville, or Washington, D.C and we expect candidates to support within their areas to onboard SNFs.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $30 to 40 per hour, based on experience with an opportunity to earn milestone based incentives.
