Job Title: Senior Installation Specialist

Location: Remote anywhere in the US. Or Hybrid if you are in the Nashville, TN or Huntington Beach, CA areas.

Schedule: 8-hour shift (10am – 7pm Central, Monday through Friday)

Position Summary

The Senior Installation Specialist plays a key role in driving installation efficiency and supporting production operations across all North American markets. This position is primarily responsible for scheduling jobs at the point of sale, going over what to expect information with the customer, and executing welcome calls to ensure a clear and positive start to the installation process.

In addition to scheduling, the Senior Installation Specialist focuses on advancing jobs that have become delayed and collaborating with Install Specialists to reduce cycle times and improve scheduling accuracy. This role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and coordination with multiple departments to keep jobs moving smoothly through the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls from sales representatives at the point of sale to confirm and lock in installation dates.
  • Perform welcome calls to review installation expectations, introduce the assigned Install Manager, and confirm whether the customer can receive text communication for future scheduling updates and confirmations.
  • Maximize installer capacity by strategically managing lead times based on stock and special-order material availability.
  • Maintain and update the scheduling region guide for all North American markets with current installer crew availability, cadence, and capacity for all markets.
  • Perform material checks across North America to identify jobs with complete materials that can be moved up in the schedule.
  • Monitor jobs in Production Hold status and proactively work with Install Specialists to determine if customers are ready to move forward with scheduling.
  • Collaborate with Install Specialists, Regional Install Managers, operations leadership, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth scheduling flow and to reduce overall cycle times.
  • Provide guidance and support to Install Specialists, sharing best practices for scheduling efficiency and customer communication.
  • Identify and report installer capacity restrictions by tracking market demand, backlog levels, and crew availability to assist leadership in resource planning and network expansion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in installation operations, project coordination, or production scheduling (preferably in home improvement or construction industries)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM or production management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling processes, material tracking, and production flow management
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify workflow bottlenecks, analyze capacity constraints, and implement process improvements

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

$5, $8,938.77

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
