The Opportunity:We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to become a key player in our growth. This is not just a role about making calls; it's about being a pioneer. You will be the first voice for many potential clients, identifying manufacturers and engineering firms who can radically benefit from our digital transformation tools. You will have the unique opportunity to build a pipeline from the ground up and directly contribute to our mission of bringing Industry 4.0 to life.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
· Prospect & Qualify: Strategically identify and research potential clients in target verticals (e.g., Chemicals, FMCG, Automotive) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and other digital tools.
· Engage & Educate: Conduct high-impact outbound calls and emails to introduce our solutions, understand client pain points (e.g., production bottlenecks, quality control issues), and effectively communicate our value proposition.
· Nurture the Pipeline: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by systematically nurturing leads, scheduling qualified meetings for our senior sales team, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
· Be the Market Expert: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM and provide actionable insights on market trends, competitive feedback, and lead conversion metrics.
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
· 1-4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
· A strong interest or foundational experience in the industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or SaaS domains. If you're fascinated by how things are made and improved, you'll fit right in.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
· Proven proficiency with CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
· A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.
