We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative specializing in promotional products. This remote, commission-based role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for outside sales, business development, and account management. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in territory management, lead generation, and customer service to build strong client relationships and drive sales growth within the B2B sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase promotional product offerings tailored to client needs.
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell additional products, and foster long-term relationships.
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitors' activities, and customer behaviors to support business decisions.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities to accelerate sales growth, collaborating with channel partners, customers, and senior management.
- Present and promote customized product solutions tailored to client needs.
- Attend industry trade shows and events (such as ASI or SAGE) to build professional networks and generate new leads.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, analyze performance, and prepare reports to optimize territory management efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related fields such as promotional product sales, printing, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or other U.S. promotional product sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of silk screen printing or UV printing technologies is a strong plus.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage clients confidently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization.
- Demonstrated skills in market analysis, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to direct sales efforts including cold calling and territory expansion.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
