About the Role:

The Oracle EBS Budget to Report (B2R) Business Analyst will provide implementation and maintenance support for Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials. The role focuses on General Ledger, Federal, and Sub-Ledger Accounting while ensuring compliance with Federal reporting requirements and providing expertise in financial close procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with seven (7) years of Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience.
  • Experience with implementation and maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials of Budget to Report (B2R), with strong working knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C).
  • Experienced in GL/FV/SLA, with strong hands-on ability to analyze and configure Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA).
  • Experience with AP, FA, AR, PA, and CLM sub-ledgers.
  • Experienced in Federal Budgets, Continuing Resolution Authority, Reprogramming and Rescissions, Prior Period Adjustments, Creating and Posting Journals.
  • Experienced in key reporting requirements such as Fund Management, Budget Execution, and Treasury Requirements.
  • Experience reviewing and executing Month-End Close and Federal Year-End Close/Year-Begin procedures.
  • Experience in authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend break/fix solutions.
  • Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution documents.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation.
