Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Retail Cloud Consultant with expertise across multiple Oracle Retail Cloud modules like Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS), Price Cloud Service (PCS), Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS), Retail Integration Cloud Service (RICS), Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service (EICS), Retail Financial Integration (RFI), Process Orchestration and Monitoring (POM), and Assortment Planning. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Retail Cloud solutions to enhance retail operations and ensure seamless financial and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business to implement and enhance Oracle Retail Cloud solutions like MFCS, SIOCS, PCS, IMCS, RICS, EICS, RFI, POM,RDS, and Assortment Planning.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional/technical specifications to develop scalable Oracle Retail solutions.
  • Configure modules to align with business processes, including merchandising, pricing, store inventory, planning, integration workflows, and financial reconciliation.
  • Integrate Oracle Retail Cloud applications with third-party systems and other Oracle modules, leveraging RICS and RFI for seamless data exchange.
  • Design and implement APIs, interfaces, and data flows for end-to-end integration.
  • Ensure accurate data migration and synchronization across Oracle Retail Cloud modules and legacy systems.
  • Ensure Oracle Retail solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimal operations.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including technical/functional specifications, workflows, and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users and IT teams on Oracle Retail modules and processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Maintain alignment with Oracle Retail Cloud implementation standards and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail implementations, with hands-on expertise in few of the following modules MFCS, SIOCS, PCS, IMCS, RICS, EICS, RFI, Assortment Planning, POM.
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes, including merchandising, pricing, inventory management, financial reconciliation, and planning.
  • Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud integration and data migration using RICS and RFI.
  • Experience in interfacing with other systems like PIM(Stibo) and WMS(MA) solutions.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud reporting tools, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and batch processing.
  • Oracle Retail Cloud certifications are desired.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
