Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Administrator with deep expertise in PL/SQL development, SOX compliance, and GRC frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead the administration, customization, and governance of Oracle E-Business Suite applications while ensuring regulatory compliance and secure system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.) including patching, cloning, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and packages to support business processes and reporting needs.
  • Implement and manage SOX controls and GRC policies across Oracle EBS environments.
  • Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and IT security teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Oracle support as needed.
  • Support user provisioning, role-based access control, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.
  • Document system configurations, change management procedures, and audit trails.
  • Participate in upgrades, migrations, and integration projects involving Oracle EBS and third-party systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS administration and PL/SQL development.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, concurrent processing, and workflow management.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing SOX and GRC controls in ERP environments.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
  • Familiarity with Oracle GRC tools, audit frameworks, and compliance reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
