About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting key Oracle EBS modules including Procurement Contracts, iSupplier, Employee Payroll, Sourcing, HR, Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. This role is ideal for a self-motivated consultant who thrives in dynamic environments and can collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade ERP solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS functional solutions.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements of Oracle EBS modules.
  • Design and execute functional configurations and workflows to support business processes.
  • Develop functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, and integrations.
  • Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.
  • Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for new processes and functionalities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between finance, HR, and supply chain modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.
  • Proven experience in Procurement, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain modules, especially: Procurement Contracts, iSupplier, Employee Payroll, Sourcing, HR, Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective Oracle EBS solutions.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle EBS Certification(s).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP migration or hybrid environments.
  • Exposure to integrations with third-party systems and tools.
