Job Summary
The Performance Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive client growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, foundational knowledge of traditional media, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Performance Marketing Manager will focus on implementing media plans, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing for results. This role involves hands-on campaign management, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure media strategies align with broader campaign objectives.
Success in this position requires a detail-oriented mindset, a passion for data-driven marketing, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the development and execution of paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives and audience insights.
- Support traditional media planning efforts, including TV, radio, print, and out-of-home advertising, by conducting research, gathering data, and assisting with channel selection and budget allocation.
- Monitor cross-channel media performance, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to track performance metrics, develop reports, and ensure accurate measurement of campaign impact.
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Media Buying teams to ensure media plans align with overall campaign messaging and objectives.
- Conduct audience research to inform targeting strategies and media channel selection.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging media opportunities, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, including campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations.
- Support RFP responses by contributing research, competitive insights, and tactical recommendations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
- Experience with traditional media planning is a plus but not required.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve performance goals.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
