Your responsibilities:

75% — Paid Media & Creative Execution

  • Coordinate with creators and our paid marketing agency to bring new ad campaigns to life.
  • Develop UGC and creative briefs, source and manage creators, and ensure on-time delivery of content.
  • Edit short-form videos and static ads (CapCut, Canva, or similar) for testing across Meta and other paid platforms.
  • Track creative performance and help identify winning content angles.
  • Maintain smooth communication between internal teams, creators, and partners — keeping everything moving and organized.

25% — Broader Marketing Projects

  • Support website updates, SEO, and landing page optimizations.
  • Assist with email/SMS campaigns, content uploads, and other day-to-day marketing tasks.
  • Jump in on creative and brand projects across the team as needed — no two weeks look the same.

What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational and execution skills — you love keeping projects moving and seeing ideas turn into results.
  • Video editing ability (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented — you don't let things slip.
  • Excited to learn paid media, performance testing, and creative strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and storytelling instincts.

This isn't a "make cute Instagram posts" kind of job. You're welcome to do that for fun, but this role is all about execution, paid media, and getting real results.
