  • Documentation: Support the preparation of real estate contracts, leases, and closing statements.

  • Transaction support: Assist in coordinating due diligence processes, engaging with vendors, and managing transaction paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: A valid real estate license is typically required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $73, $87,958.27 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
