Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team At Nextgen real estate The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties
  • Attend mandatory weekly trainings Thursdays 10am-12pm
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market conditions
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Provide guidance on property management issues as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations
  • Organize property showings, open houses, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
  • Prepare necessary documentation for transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service within the real estate industry is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to real estate properties
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients
  • Administrative experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous
  • Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law is beneficial
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings effectively
