Compensation:

Strictly Commision Role - Oppurtunity for $100,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and address clients' individual needs by providing tailored advice and support.
  • Quickly establish strong connections and rapport with customers.
  • Provide in-depth market analysis, including comparisons, current listings, and expired listings.
  • Develop expertise in new construction sales processes and strategies in the real estate industry.
  • Ensure clients are well-informed about all aspects of the home-buying or selling process.
  • Engage in continuous learning and seek growth opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to embrace innovative sales practices and methods.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service abilities are a must for success as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in Houston, TX.
  • The role requires solid organizational skills, effective planning capabilities, and a proactive approach to follow-up.
  • Adaptability to new marketing and sales strategies specific to real estate is a critical requirement.
