Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote Customer Sales Assistant to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home and involves engaging with potential clients to promote our products and services across various industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on B2B sales, territory management, and customer service. You will play a key role in generating leads, conducting product demos, and upselling solutions to meet client needs while utilizing CRM software and sales techniques to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts and develop new client relationships through effective territory management and customer service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals through effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status for reporting purposes.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or inside sales with a focus on technology or product solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct product demos effectively and handle technical sales discussions.
  • Experience in territory management, lead generation, and account management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer service, upselling, and analysis skills for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts related to business development and retail sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity standards.
