Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients to close sales effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform retail sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales administration records, including client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Assist in benefits administration related to product offerings as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and foster client relationships.

  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for diverse client interactions.
