Position Overview We're seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to convert warm leads into customers. You'll educate pool owners about our simple, proven solution that cuts chemical costs while making pools safer for families. This is a ground-floor opportunity with an established product and enthusiastic customer base.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound Facebook leads and website inquiries into sales
  • 12-4 PM: B2B calls to pool service companies and builders
  • 4-8 PM: B2C calls to residential pool owners when they're home
  • Follow proven sales scripts for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Participate in performance reviews and training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling high-ticket items ($1,000+)
  • Bilingual Spanish-English
  • Pool/spa or home improvement industry knowledge
  • CRM software experience
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Health and wellness product sales background

Schedule Smart Schedule - We work when people actually answer (no wasted Mondays):

  • Tues-Fri: 12 PM - 8 PM CST (8 hrs x 4 days = 32 hours)
  • Saturday: 10 AM - 6 PM CST (8 hours)
  • Total: 40 hours

Note: This position requires Tuesday-Saturday availability. Not suitable for those needing traditional Monday-Friday schedule.

Compensation Package:

  • Realistic Total Earnings: $43,000-55,000 first year
  • Top Performers: $60,000+ with strong dealer sales
  • High-commission structure rewards performance
  • Multiple revenue streams (residential, commercial, dealer packages)
  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions
  • Full compensation details and bonus structure discussed during interview
