Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Houston, TX. The Financial Controller will oversee and manage the organization's financial operations, including preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and executing financial reporting. This role will involve analyzing financial data, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with leadership to support informed decision-making. Additionally, the Financial Controller will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records and overseeing accounting processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and ensuring accuracy in financial records
  • Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge, with the ability to maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the capacity to assess financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain strict confidentiality of financial data
  • Industry experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is considered an advantage
