Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and technical knowledge to effectively engage with clients and promote our products and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
  • Perform product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and strategies.
  • Engage in territory management to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales environments.
  • Strong management skills with a focus on business development and account management.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and technical sales concepts is preferred.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and engaging customers through various sales techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated in achieving individual targets.
