We are currently seeking a Full-Time Office Clerk to join our growing team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily clerical and administrative tasks
- Process and organize company documents and records
- Answer and manage dedicated phone lines and customer inquiries
- Provide administrative support to logistics and warehouse departments
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience in office administration, logistics, or customer service preferred
