Job description
Friar Tux is seeking polished Call Center Representatives to follow up with our customers to discuss our services, current company promotions and take incoming orders. They will also be helping Stitch and Tie, the online buisness for Friar Tux.
Some will be outbound calls contacting customers who have expressed an interest in our company through various sources (warm leads). Others will be incoming calls regarding general inquiries. We are looking for team members who provide great service over the phone and are eager to learn.
- Part-time positions available at our Anaheim corporate office.
- The schedule for this position will be mornings, afternoons and evenings Monday-Friday. Saturday morning/afternoon shifts may be required as well.
- Call center and/or customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to work with candidates in arranging a schedule that will accommodate another job or a school.
- Complete on-the-job training for these positions will be offered.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Make outbound calls to customer leads
- Take inbound calls regarding billing and other account information
- Create updates to account information
- Assist customers in a timely manner
- Enter data into computer systems
- Route calls to different departments
- General office work
