What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients, introducing our products and services.

  • Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on technical sales that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
  • Execute telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Demonstrate products effectively to showcase their benefits and features to potential clients.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales environments.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce for managing customer relationships.
  • Experience in negotiation techniques that lead to successful deal closures.
  • Background in telemarketing or outbound calling strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales.
