We're expanding nationwide and looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives who know how to close. Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and confident Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct financial consultations, and close new client enrollments for our credit repair programs.

You'll be joining a supportive, fast-paced sales environment where top performers consistently earn $8,000–$10,000+ per month. We provide paid training, warm leads, and the systems you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients
  • Conduct credit consultations to assess client needs and recommend solutions
  • Present and close enrollments for credit repair services
  • Manage leads, notes, and activity in our CRM (training provided)
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and email to maximize conversions

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience (Credit Repair, Tax Relief, Debt Settlement, or other financial services)
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working remotely and using CRM/dialer tools

Preferred:

  • Experience in student loan consolidation or other high-ticket financial services
  • Background in consultative phone-based sales
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, goal-oriented environment

Compensation

  • $14–$16 per hour base pay (depending on experience and location)
  • 10–15% commission per sale (based on performance)
  • Uncapped commissions — top performers consistently earn $8,000–$10,000+ per month
  • Performance bonuses and monthly incentives for top producers
