Job Description

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a long-term contract assignment in Phoenix, AZ. Work will be hybrid with onsite in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $55 - $67/hr.

Candidate will be gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to

Salesforce. Will be translating business needs into functional specifications, performing gap analysis, and identifying areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools. Candidate will also support configuration and testing of Salesforce features, assist in managing Salesforce projects, and develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation. Will also conduct user training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce capabilities.

Candidate must have 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience, experience with data migration, and knowledge of Salesforce APIs. Preferred candidate will have certifications such as Salesforce, Scrum, and/or SaFE.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd partiesor corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite as needed, and be able to pass relevant background check.
