Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary:
Client is looking for Salesforce Business Analyst who is local to Arizona and should be open for In-person interview.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and
- deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities.
- Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation.
- Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
