Position Overview:

Cyber Command is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance its Salesforce environment. This contract role involves managing user access, customizing the platform, maintaining data integrity, and implementing automation to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Management: Create/manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • System Configuration: Customize Salesforce using Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, and APIs.
  • Automation: Design and maintain automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Data Management: Perform data imports/exports, cleanse duplicates, and maintain database integrity using tools like Data Loader.
  • Reporting: Build and manage reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Training & Support: Provide user training and support to ensure effective platform usage.
  • System Upgrades: Manage Salesforce updates and add-ons.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business units to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–3 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and data management.
  • Tools: Experience with Data Loader and other data migration tools.
  • Reporting: Ability to build and customize reports and dashboards.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification preferred but not required.
